Hi i havent been on in a while but i got good news my long time fishing buddy asked me to go catch my first BIG RED

So please could yall give me some tips on trying to get that WOPER DRUM

Might be a little tough this time of year for the big ones. A few weeks ago they were still on the shoals near the inlets and in the surf but I haven't seen or heard of any this week in my neck of the woods. Maybe they are still in some of the other areas though.

The puppy drum (small reds) will be here all winter though - look in the creeks and deep holes.

Well then you have plenty of time to get ready. Try doing a search of the forums, you'll find a lot of good info, then you can ask specific questions and we'll try to help ya!
