Set out at first light this morning with a couple of friends Ashley King, and Brian Saunders. Headed up a creek to an area that produced a few trout for me on Wednesday. It wasn't long after our arrival and Brian put the first fish in the boat. We fished around that spot for another hour without much to show for it. Decided to slide down the bank a little bit and it wasn't long and we had our limit of trout in the boat. Before it was all said and done with we had put over 50 fish in the boat, most of which were 2.5-4 pounds. We had 4 doubles and 1 triple hookup. The hot color was gold, and they wanted it slow.
Excellent bite but that wind was RAW, did damage with a black chart doa jerk shad and saw 2 guys doin it a dark blue. Think presentation might have been more important than color
