I love Goose Creek State Park. My son caught his first ever red there last June 5th. We've had good luck with standard paddletails (4" zman white). If you search the forum, you'll see past reports. I've heard that topwater can work early morning in the stump fields. If you go up goose creek, you can start catching largemouth on spinner and chatter baits. I'm sure that live bait would work well too. Good luck, and please share a report on the fishing.
