I had 2 choices this morning, stay in the bed or go fishing. Forecast had me leaning towards sleeping in. Two different times I almost turned the truck around as the NE wind continued to blow harder. It was blowing 20-25 when I launched with gusts over 30. I'm here now, might as well give it a shot. My first stop I found some hungry trout and a red. Water temp was 49 but they were hitting plastics hard! I didn't set it on fire, caught 7 trout and the red before I got tired of fighting the wind. All fish caught on z-mans and were released.

After seeing the fish that the "Trigger22 Trio" put in the boat during the Nor'easter, I'm never going to let the weather stop me again!!! If I can do it safely I'M FISHING

Pretty work. So long as conditions allow me to be safe, I refuse to allow the weather to keep me off the water. Usually, my better days are in winds over 15 mph.
