I do NOT want to start a political argument. But I thought it worth posting this. Regardless of how you lean, I think we should all be concerned about possible ramifications of disturbing a national forest. I'm all for energy exploration, but I can't help but feel this may come back to bite us. Bottom line: If you feel strongly about preserving at least a portion of this beautiful country as undisturbed (or minimally disturbed) wilderness, then be sure to make your voice heard.
