Between my birthday and Christmas I got a new Nikon D5300 and a Tamron 150-600mm lens. The weather here has not been too good recently with a lot of cloud cover and some rain. I did get a chance to try out my new set up on the resident Bald Eagles in my front yard. Here are a couple pictures I took.
Here are the two Eagles ripping apart some kind of water fowl for lunch.
