Anyone have any recommendations of a good boat launch for inshore - trying to target trout/reds. Any good creeks - don't know the area at all.

I will be fishing out of EI this weekend. The ramp next to Chapel by the Sea in EI is really nice. Easy in and out with good access to creeks off the ICW. It is about 11 miles from PKS. You could also drive over to Radio Island and fish the marshes up Core Creek or behind Shackleford.

Well, you did not miss anything. Sat was 47 degrees and blowing 20-25 from NW. Water temp 55 degrees and very tough fishing. Sunday 40 degrees at noon and still breezy.
