I just moved back here to the Jacksonville area. I was in North GA for about 8 years. I lived here for about 20 years before that. I have been fishing both salt and freshwater all my life. I hail from San Diego, CA and prefer saltwater. I'm really impressed with the technological advances in communication here in eastern NC. When I started fishing here back in the late 80's I had to teach myself about the fishery. I can't remember many people communicating techniques and the fishing available here. I have learned a lot about the fisheries through the electronic channels. I was very surprised and grateful to find the information available today through this site. Thanks guys and gals. I look forward to all of your posts and information sharing. I also look forward to some of the face to face encounters.
