Planning a trip to high rock to catfish one evening into the night and need some help locating areas. I have a map of the lake but not sure we're me and the family can or can't fish at night. Any help with spots would be greatly appreciated.

There's plenty of bank fishing area at all the Davidson County Wildlife Access areas ---- Highway 8 Access at Southmont on Abbotts Creek, Buddle Creek Access further back in Abbotts Creek and Flat Swamp Access at Flat Swamp off Highway 8 ------- or if you want to river fish above High Rock, there's some bank fishing area at York Hill Access just above the I - 85 Bridge, below High Rock Dam there's plenty of Access and Parking on both sides of the river, take Highway 8 on past Flat Swamp till you see the intersection with Bringles Ferry Rd, take a right, several miles, access on both sides of the bridge (TuckerTown) ---- Good Luck, there's plenty of Catfish, not a lot of people fishing these areas either !!

I see alot of bank fishermen on the uninhabitied side of Crane creek, im not sure how they get there, pretty sure that is all wildlife owned land.

Its game land they walk in and trash the place best place for cats is behind high rock **** at tuckertown or behind **** at tuckertown at Badin...ESP if generating water

You sir are indeed correct. Piles and piles of cans, bottles, worm cups and everything else
