High Rock Todays Report
Took an old friend fishing on High Rock today. Put in about 130pm weather was warm and sunny, however very windy. By the time we left 730pm it had gotten cloudy from time to time and even rain for about 30 min. but wind never let up until about dark.
managed to boat 30 crappie, 10 keepers all white crappie no black ones.
Tried minnows with no luck all day, all crappie were caught on 3/32 oz green curly tail plastic lead head jigs. Tried using larger jigs to catch bigger fish but no luck.
Caught 1 nice catfish on cut bait, got my friend to pose with fish I will try to post.
Well thats all for today. A great day with a great friend and fish too!
