Fished a Jon Boat tournament at Holt yesterday. Been a few years since I fished it, dink lake then, nothing changed since.

Winners had 7-11 pounds, second had 6-13, third had 6-11. Big fish was 3 pounds.

However, at a MUCH better lake a few miles away a couple of my buddies won another Jon Boat tournament at Lake Michie.

This bag weighed over 20 pounds. What a difference a lake makes!!!!!

Catch and release gone bonkers......Bass fisherman scolding others for keeping bass. This lake needs alot of bass Harvested. I was there 3 years ago and the state was shocking fish to put somehwere else. They said what they took didnt make a dent and a lot of fish need harvesting out of there........awesome bream lake though.

I understand they took fish from Holt and Michie to stock Randleman.
