The water is way down. I haven't been by the ramps in a couple of months but the last time I was there it was tricky putting in.
The main channel of the lake should be passable since there are some deep holes there. The fingers and coves have stumps sticking out of the water though. It's as low as I've ever seen it and when they cleared the land for the lake they left the stumps in the ground.
