Here's a hint about the lure...there are no markings or writings on it anywhere I can see. I have no idea what it is

This is a wild stab at it, but it could be a custom paint job by Sterling Peoples. I got a few of his and he used a Bandit style body with a medium diver lip. I will look and see if I can find one and post a pic.
