I went to the Flea Market in Hickory Thursday morning, the people that sell produce often have fresh fish and shrimp as well. It is usually whiting, mullet, tilapia. Thursday they had extra coolers full of Striper, Speckled Trout, and a few Black, and one Red Drum. They have had trout and black drum before, but never like these. Most of the trout would have been over 5 pounds, the Stripers were 18-24 inches or so. Being 5 hours or so from the Salt would it have done an good to have called NCWRC or would salt water species be out of their jurisdiction?

There isn't any legal way for these fish to be for sale is there?
