Private marina with 1 double wide ramp and decking on both sides (as I recall), 30+ docked boats in the marina. Convenience store. Charged us $12 in April to park for the day and launch our kayaks. They preferred that we carried out kayaks out onto the docks and did a drop-in launch rather than tie up the ramp.

Easy ICW access for those coming east on 40 - minutes up the road via 17 bypass & 17 to Scotts Hill Loop. Great fishing spots on the island directly across the ICW. Ideal kayak location.

we use this marina, but IMO they charge way too much. It's $12 during the week, but $15 on weekends. It's always packed and on holidays you better get there extra early or you won't get a parking place. We live off sloop point loop in hampstead and like to boat on figure eight island, so scotts hill is convienent, but $15 is a bit excessive.
