While I realize that the rain is totally needed. I am completely OVER IT. All of my carpin spots are completely blown out with muddy water. How in the world am I supposed to stalk carp with my fly rod when I can't see a **** thing?!?! It's gonna be a couple of weeks before the water settles down enough to sigh fish for them. Whats a guy supposed to do??

Just south of Raleigh, in Apex. My local carpin lake, which is in the neighborhood of 500-600 acres is up 2+ feet.

Thanks. It appears the eastern part of the state is hogging it this year. We're ok here in the Triad, but some areas are not getting much.
