need some information on a site to find a kayak will be transfering to washington dc this month and will have to start fishing the patomic river. will only be able to afford to come back to carolina once a month. so any information on a keep used kayak would be greatly appreciatied

Checkout the classifieds if you want a fuuly rigged tarpon 120. Good for both places. Sorry to hear your plight but the smallies should help ease the pain.

1) kayakfishingstuff.com has a sell-buy-or-trade forum and a kfs clearance/special purchase forum. Also get to know some of the folks from the DelMarVa forum there (maybe try TKAA.org too)

2) they pop up on craigslist.com from time to time. Lots of kayak fishing folks in southern VA.

3) Find the kayak shops and ask about truckload sales or used/demo inventory. Good way to get a deal.
