Is Kerr in the Piedmont forum? haven't read any reports about it. should certain bays/fingers be warming up for bass bite and crappie moving in ?
i see most of the lake is in Virginia, so how does the fishing license work, say if your accross the "line"? What else should i know about Kerr, besides getting a map.

Bass moved up and out of hot water (mail lake).
Moving and bedding on second sections of the 3 arms.
Getting ready at the ends of the creeks.
Crappie hot!
