has anyone tried stripers in jordan lately. know they kept stocking since the fish kill..thought about giving it a try. just wondering if they got to any size yet.should have its been 3-4 years. if it would get back like it was before the kill,,

I have only caught once since the summer of the kill, think it was in the 4-6 lb range. I have seen several out there trolling but not nearly as many as in the hayday of the Jordan Lake striper fishery, at one time the number of sea pros, carolina skiffs and pontoons trolling probably out numbered the bass boats on any given weekend.

We fished down there last spring one morning and caught 24, but nothing over 14" so we have stayed away hoping to let them grow.
