Hello all,

I originally joined this site back in December of 06'. I was looking for info to fish for bluefin and ran across this site.

I received a warm welcome and have had numerous members help me out with tips and suggestions. I frequent numerous forums but this is the one I return to most often. The members are fantastic and I am proud to help them support this site.

I hope to get the opportunity to fish with some of you guys. I am outfitting my boat for saltwater (tackle monkey! doouuh), but it will be worth it. Thanks for the replies about my tackle inquiries and allowing me to pick your brains. I'll post when I am going to bring her down for her maiden salty voyage.

Keep up the good work and God bless.

Thank you Brian for joining us on our NC angler site and for supporting us as a Captains Club member. I hope any of our folks headed up your way to the Great Lakes and in need of a charter will give you a shout. As a Captains Club member you can put a text link to your website and contact information in your signature file, so folks will know how to contact you. ;)

Welcome to the club. Helping each other is what it's all about; but it does cost time and money to keep a site like this going and I'm sure Randy would have a hard time keeping it going if people didn't chip in. Maybe some day down the road he will look back and say "I sure am glad I stuck with it" . I certainly hope so because he has really earned it.

Thanks Al. I can already say that! It has taken a lot of time and money to get to where we are but it is very gratifying to hear folks say how much they enjoy the information and the people they've met here. I'm looking forward to many years of good fishing on NCangler.com. ;)

Aw man, Just when I got used to seeing my name at the top of the new Captains Club list on the front page. (At least I'm better off than Kelly J - he's disappeared completely from page 1!).

Welcome in Topper. I'll have to go back and look up some of your earlier posts. I recall something about a Great Lakes boat looking to transition to Atlantic, but don't remember the specifics. I'm Great Lakes born and bred, but happy as a clam living and fishing down here in NC. Looking forward to hearing about your exploits in our waters.

In all honesty, I hope my stay on the new CC members list is a short one. I look forward to scrolling off and what that means to the ncangler.com community.

WooHoo I'm #2 - 4 more Captains and I'm gone from page1!
