Since nobody replied, I changed up plans and went to LKN, launching at the state parl. Home now. Slim pickings, 2 bass and a medium sized flat head on senkos. All reeased.

Kayak is now permanently with me.... Doesn't make sense to leave it in a friends garage 30 minutes away.

I had to work this weekend, but I got out for a few hours this am before work... went to Randleman SW Park because I could get on the water an hour and a half earlier than City Lake and my day was short as it was. I got a few but nothing to write home about. Mostly schoolers out over the channel caught on a lipless crank pulled through areas where I had seen fish chasing. Historically good spots once again were cold.

Glad you got a couple fish, Len. I didn't know I was going to go until about midnight last night, too late to get hold of anyone to join up.
