Flemingtown Landing should be in good shape for your boat. You will probably want to use the second ramp from the right (from perspective of facing the water), OR the second ramp from the left. There is an "End of Ramp" sign on each dock to tell you where the concrete ends so you don't back your trailer into the mud.

Only other ramps on Kerr that I'm familiar with are the two at Nutbush Campground, one of which (north side of Nutbush Rd.) was closed at last check. The ramp on the south side of Nutbush Rd. might be possible, but Flemingtown is probably better (better parking at Flemingtown as well).

Please let us know how you do catfishing! I'm considering a trip myself.

If you take 85 north to HWY 15 turn left and go about 20 miles to
IvyHill Landing you will find the boat ramp to be really deep during the severe drought. Also Ivy Hill to the Dam is some good Catfishing and towards Clarksville. You will be in the middle of them this time of year.

Sundrop, here's the paragraph from the NC WRC regulations book:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]The Virginia agreement covers the Dan River east of the Brantly Steam Plant Dam, the Staunton River east of the Rt. 360 bridge, and Kerr and Gaston reservoirs and their tributaries which are accessible by boat.
