Guys im visiting kitty hawk for a work related vacation. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a fish or two. I will be bringing another family with me. i would really like to show them all that kayak fishing has to offer. If anyone is willing to help i would apperciate it. I usually hit a couple of places along the bay, but the easiest one is to launch at the boat ramp on Bay Dr. and go straight across to the series of small islands.

I have launched at Bob Perry Road and seen moderate success to the left. Caught a couple puppy drum on Gulp in yellow before bad storms forced me off the water. Other people I saw there were catching doormat flounder, striper and drum as well.
