Fished at the Marshall Steam Station in the rain today. Water was muddy and didn't get any hits on lures. Had to resort to bloodworms on the bottom, and caught several stripers that way including one keeper.

no, that's the McGuire Nuclear Access I think you are talking about. Marshall doesn't have a pier. You walk along the shoreline, and I usually fish pretty close to the end where the water is warmer. Check out these links:
