What can you tell me about fishing lake Tomalex Lexington NC. I am thinking of taking my kayak either here or down to High Rock Saturday weather permitting.

$6 bucks to launch your boat $2 to fish. i would go under the bridge and continue upstream the big creek that comes in from the left has some great laydowns as you enter it..

tomalex is very small i like fishing it during the mob days on other lakes..

Well I just got from the lake. It was a great day to be on the water if you dont mind gail force winds LOL. I fished for about 3 hours and didnt even get a bite. Still getteing comfortable on my kayak. I see some things I need to adjust. I still ha d great time though....

Any more input on Tomalex? Probably the closest body of water to me to fish. Anyone had luck bank fishing, kayaking or boating at Tomalex?
