The Marine Fisheries Commission Hard Clam and Oyster FMP Advisory Committee will meet on Monday, February 26, at 6 p.m., in Room 305, the CMAST Building, Carteret Community College, 303 College Circle, Morehead City.

The committee will receive an update on the Hard Clam and Oyster FMP reviews, and will be asked to review and select a position on the following issues:

· Increased Dredging Restrictions in Pamlico Sound Bays
· Mechanical vs. Hand Harvest Trip Limit Differences
· Shellfish Depuration Plants
· Cownose Ray Interactions and Their Effects on Clams and Oysters
· Wards Creek Shellfish Management Area
· Effects of an Open License on Shellfish Fisheries

The committee will also be asked to provide comments on other Hard Clam and Oyster FMP issues.
