Got an old but virtually unused Minn Kota 4hp electric outboard. 24v with variable/digital speed control (read: modern efficiency). Transom mount and tiller control. Comes with quick-disconnect and 24v jumper.

4hp translates to 80lb thrust (they used 4hp as a marketing gimmick back in the day).

Bought this to push a 14' jon around on no-gas lakes back in the '90s but only used it on one occasion. Only scuffs are from 20yrs of storage. $60 OBO

If Guffey is selling it, it will work. He used to be a trolling motor repairman.

Your issue will be that this is a 24V motor...You will need two batteries.

Yeah you'd need two deep cycles to make this work. It's suited best for guys that trailer their own small jons/bass-busters, and fish electric-only lakes or tourneys.
