hey guys just looking for any pointers of where to look for some flatties. ive heard to try around the port wall but was just trying to see if there are any other places that will be worth trying. Thanks for any replies!

Right now? Try docks, piers, bridges, channels, mouth of creek, near shore and off shore AR's, live bottoms, low relief ledges. You will not have a problem finding a flat fish this time of year.

Flounder bite is HOT right now and has been for 2 months.

Radio island and fort macon rock jetties will have them hanging out to. Careful not to get to close to the guys fishing on the bank at macon. There is plenty of submerged jetty to fish. Good luck and post up a report!

Could someone tell me how the fast the current moves at full tide at the high rise to Atlantic Beach?

C hit it pretty good! It outright rips thru there!

But a the highest, it has about a 5 minute slack 0 mph current. That's when I spear fish there.
