Does anyone know if duke energy places the makers up at the power plant above the #73 bridge. I saw in the sunday paper a few months back where this was going up for a vote to keep boats away form the discharge for safety reasons. Hope someone can help!

Go look... and while you are there catch a mess of fish.;) My guess is if they haven't it probably will happen soon. They put bouy's around the intakes on Jocassee Lake in SC. Who knows how long they will last before someone decides they don't belong there.
