I fish the Nags head area every week that is possible inshore as well as offshore if the weather is decent. Love fish of all kinds. I have recently been getting into flounder fishing as it seems to be the most challenging. I am always looking for that spot no one else knows about. SOON I hope.

Welcome aboard! Try the end of the Army pier. Watch the water temps. That is probably the quietest place near Nags Head. All you need is a kayak or rowboat. Lots of fish skirt around it when they are running down the beach. OOPS! Now everbody will be there. LOL

I fished the wrecks this week end as well as the sound, The water was rough outside and with a south wind the sound was full of grass. I only caught two flounder one outside and one near the bridge. Caught loads of toad fish on the Zane Grey and surrounding area with occasional black sea bass.
