NC fish attractor study

The article mentions 4 built attractors in Shearon Harris... anyone know where they are located?
I know where 3 of them are. One is to the left of Hollemans ramp, one is across the lake from Hollemans and another by the fishing pier in the park. I can only assume the fourth is by the new boat ramp. They are all marked and easy to find
