So I have this Wednesday off work and I'm planning on fishing down in the lower Neuse river for specks but my partner just backed out on me. I have an 18 ft nautic star bay boat, with enough tackle for an army but I don't like venturing out on the water alone just in case anything happens. I plan on fishing all day.
