when fishing in sounds or icw when is the best time to put in high or low tide should fish them in or fish them out or does it really matter. and does anybody else have trouble with really big boats trying to run you over or was it just me i felt like i was on I-95 the night before thanksgiving (wrightsville ramp at the bridge)

from my experience i like to fish the falling tides especially in the flats. You can see the drum tailing in a high falling to low because they arein the grass trying to get some crabs. Once it falls a bit they tend to school up in the middle . Again this is just from my little experience and reading a whole lot.
