Need help and some advice for the area of Emerald Isle. Thinking about the areas between Camp Lejuene to Pamlico Sound. Any suggestions on reds or up in the rivers for bass? Looking for advise on lure/bait and general areas to fish. Fishing from a 19' bassboat. Can anyone help me out? I will be in town next week 9/8 - 9/16.

Between EI and Lejeune is a big place!!!!

Fish the grass lines with Spooks, Mirro Lures, and Gulp Shrimp on 1/4 oz jig heads. you'll find Reds and Trout all along the banks. Locate feeders where the marsh dumps back into the channels and fish those as the tide is going out. For live bait, Live or cut mullet and or live manhaden work awesome. Fish them on Carolina rigs and you'll find somethign to put in the coolers.
