does anybody know where you can buy river shad(hickory/American) in the new Bern area, or has anybody caught any and he wants to give some away

B & J Seafood on 70 had some white shad 2 or 3 weeks ago when I was there. Don't know if they still do.

I got some frozen whole i'll let go for 10 bucks a pound.

Your not missing a whole lot by not having it. Been using it lately quite a bit for cats with very little to show for it. Use fresh Bream and I'm pretty sure you'll do just as good.

I just wanted something to start with while fishing for bream, ended up catching just 2 blackfish. No rocks or catfish
