Hey folks, my name is Dave and I fish for trout, flounder and reds from a Kayak mostly. I have lived in the Wilmington area for 15 years, an original NC native and also lived in Jax, FL for 23 years. I fished for tarpon, kings, cobia, etc primarily chumming and live bait, until about 20 years ago, decided I liked skinny water better. My fish in also includes some fresh water. This NC Angler is beginning to be interesting and additive. I look forward to meeting some of you guys.

Welcome, I go to Burgaw about once a month. My son is with the Sheriff Dept in New Hanover County. I will be down for a week in Jan and thinking about bringing my boat. How is fishing there in Jan?
