I can't vouch for this business but I have heard a few good things. Its a new business and if you own a boat in western NC might check them out.

I called the office at Lake Lure and they told me they want $500 plus in order to use the lake on weekends for a year and it has to be paid for a year. I asked the guy if this was the way they keep poor people off the lake and he hung up on me. I will be leaving Lake Lure off my list of places to get my boat wet. I cant afford that kind of fee.
