Hello MSUFANGRAD and welcome to NCangler. Does it stand for Mississippi State, Michigan State, or Minnesota State (Coach show)? Apex, that puts you in the middle of state, affords you Sharon Harris, Jordan, Falls, Kerr, Neuse River, and the quickest surf area would be Emerald Isle. As for the best, everyone has his or her favorite. Right now, everyone's favorite will be wherever you are catching fish. Too many choices to just settle on one.
