Fished with my son Sunday in some of the creeks off New River. We caught a few spikes but no keeper size.

Tried it again in some creeks off the ICW Monday but small craft advisory winds were too much and the water
was churned and extremely muddy.

Hopefully the wind will lay and the water will clear back up soon.

I hit the top and falling tide on Saturday in the lower river. Pretty slow day. Only picked up 2 reds and 4 flounder, it was starting to get windy that night, and the water was heavily stained as it was. No trout were caught but I haven't targeted them since the closure.
