Great Site. I am a local boy finally home from the sandbox and needed a place to catch up on about 18 years worth of lost fishing time. Long time Neuse River, Beaufort area fisherman. I am currently stationed at Bragg though, so my time down home is hit and miss.

Welcome on, Fishin has been pretty good lately at the local lakes (Jordan and Shearon Harris), not sure about what's goin on on Bragg lakes, but local lakes seem to be doing ok.

Offshore fishin should pick up here in another month or so and spring fishin will be in full swing shortly.

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I need to clear up a little about my Avatar. While I did attend NCSU many years ago, I am a true blue through and thru UNC fan. Wolpack 09 is my callsign when flying, definitely not, though I wish it was, my year of graduation. Again thanks for the many welcomes.
