Just moved in from Minnesota. Army
Living in Southern Pines looking for a river- lake to fish.
I'm used to fishing Large/Small Mouth Bass and Walleye in the 10,000 plus lakes!!!
Wondering if the fishing is the same out here, species/bait etc...
I have the whole saltwater fishing thing to learn too.
Hope to learn a few tips from you all!

Welcome to the board.............check out the Game Warden station on Bragg. Plenty of ponds and lakes there, some really nice bass, bream, crappie lakes to be fished. You would be suprised that these lakes are not hit that hard and plenty of fish, did I mention that there was plenty of fish.
