I'm from Long Island and we're having some of the same problems with restricting beach access up here. I belong to a few clubs and forums and I just sent out a so call - call to arms. To see if we can support your efforts with keeping our beach access open.

We can turn this tide if we all work together.

It ain't over by a longshot, but the FAT LADY is warming up her vocal cords.

So, if we do not want to hear her sing, then we better use our voices and get on the phone to the Congress, the Senate, the state congress and Senate.

I called both local newspapers last week and told them as a citizen I EXPECTED quick and thorough reporting of this issue.. They both have done articles and updates so far!
