Hi all,

I've got an older 20 HP Mercury that's been having problems since fall. Besides a diagnosis of the main problem, it needs a general checkup, since I bought it used.

Any suggestions for reliable outboard/marine mechanics in Charlotte (preferably but not necessarily NW)? I'd like someone who won't blow me off because I have an older, smaller motor, and who will be genuinely interested in helping me diagnose and hopefully fix my problem.

Thanks, Neilslure. I hope to find something closer to me, but if I can't, it's good to know about Boater's Marine. I appreciate the suggestion.
