I need to pick up some plywood in Beaufort tomorrow, so I figured I would get there early and just paddle and fish a little. Looking for suggestions or someone who wants to paddle also, though it will probably be pretty short. I am staying out on EI, so I will drive up to AB, over the bridge and the out to Beaufort just past Lennoxville ramp. So I could stop at the Lennoxville ramp, the MHC ramp or maybe Radio Island but I am not sure what the hours are (the hours are what knock Ft Macon out of the equation). I am thinking daybreak, paddling only about an hour or two. Probably throwing plastic or maybe using some shallow cranks as top water.
