Just moved to Blounts Bay area. I am happy to have a dock on a creek. First few weeks caught bream, catfish, and other freshwater fish. Then started catching crabs, and small flounder. Now after some good rain - NOTHING except a few yellow belly turtles. Am fishing with worms, fresh cut bream, curly tail grubs, top water lures, crab pots, and hand lines. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal. Blounts Bay is brackish water so the amount of rainfall we have affects the salinity. In drier weather there is more saltwater and thus more saltwater species that show up. All of the rain we have had the last week has pushed in more fresh water and that would mean you would probably see more freshwater species.
