Went out yesterday with intentions on fishing but the winds picked up and rain bands creeped in quickly. As I was cruising around looking for spots I entered a shallow bay I know well. From a distance I saw something that looked like waves lapping over oyster beds and this Is a shallow bay but its high tide so oyster beds wouldn't be showing. As I got closer it appeared to be hundreds of tails out of the water so I was getting excited thinking redfish tailing galore.............again high tide not redfish tailing Aw Poo
OK I have seen schools of rays before but man I have never seen such a large gathering of rays. They must have pushed bait into this bay and had it trapped because they were rays as far as I could see, must have been thousands. National Geographic stuff here.
