From a marketing/communicates perspective, IMO that is a home run! It is concise, describes your group well and is catchy/easy-to-remember. I like it (stated as I adjust my marketing hat ).

 

This is great, love em all lets keep em coming.

Man some great ideas. I do love our mission is fishin too but arent we about more than fishing? Guess our slogan doesnt have to describe everything we do but it does need to be catchy, ha-ha catchy I like that.

 

Well, I guess you could make it 'Our mission ain't just fishin'. Still short and to the point.

Kinda wish it had something to include community support but it cant have everything or it will be too long. Its probably already too long to add to sticklers etc, would be small print.

I kinda like the family friends and fishn, that would make a pretty good bumper sticker once IM worked on it a little.

 

"a" RED X ANGLER is singular as in one of us. Family, Friends , Fishing is "A" Red X Anglers mission. We should speak as a whole or group so it was appropriate as "Family, Friends, Fishing is Red X Anglers mission." Refers to us as an organizaton not a singular person.

Family, Friends, and Fishing is A Red X Anglers Mission, would be more of a requirement of ones individual charter to be a part of the whole.

Was just thinking about a triangle withy community in the middle, and family, friends, and fishing on the 3 sides. That may be nothing like you're looking for, and isn't a slogan.
