Glad that all the new mambers have joined us. I know a few and I am looking forward to getting to fish with the rest.

hogaholic If you ever want to fish the mountains or foothills just send me PM.

Darrell
Come this fall I'll be making a trip out there for some trout fishing. Want to learn how to fly fish!

Tim, if it isn't a lot of trouble, could you list the names of the new members. Hopefully they will come on and tell us a bit about themselves. Welcome to all of the new members.
Hello All, thanks for allowing me to be a part of the Red X community. I am a freshwater to saltwater convert. This group has been beyond helpful with my transition to saltwater fishing.
I look forward to meeting you all very soon.

I will be happy to take any of the RedXers to the trout waters, but I can't promise to help with flyfishing skills. My own are so limited that anything I can show you, will probably wind up being a bad habit later on.

hogaholic, don't forget the fly casting, and fly tying schools at Peckman Center in Fayetteville. Not sure when they have classes, and not sure if you'd want to make that trip, but there are some awesome fly fishermen there that give their time to teach others. Also, you'll most likely have a fly fishing club near you. Triangle Fly Fishers is in the Raleigh area. I have met a couple of their members, and they are some very nice people.

Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the team guys. I've been a member of NC Angler for a couple years now and have always specifically looked for posts by Red X members. They are always helpful and courteous, not to mention knowledgable too. I have fished NC waters my whole life and want to do my part to protect not only our great state but our country. What we have is a true blessing from God to be able to go almost anywhere, anytime and drop a line in the water and fish. I live in. Gibsonville and regularly fish local and coastal waters often. Hope to see you guys soon. I am a follower of Jesus, a husband to my wonderful wife, a father to my two sons, and I try to fish as much as possible. We will be at Buggs Island Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday if anyone is around let me know. We'll be at Emerald Isle the third week in July. Thanks again for accepting my membership guys. Will have new posts coming soon. I ran into a man the other day that says they're catching stripes at night on big red fish or red fin crank baits at night..... We'll see.
