I had a great weekend with my friend, Ted Bailey.
We were in the marsh fishing white Berkley Gulp shrimp on my custom 3/8 oz. Arkie jig heads, which was necessary due to all the wind. We caught 2 good sized black drum, about 2 dozen red drum and 6 speckled trout. One of the red drum was way over slot size.
The in shore fishing should be on fire with the weather we are going to have this week.

This Arkie jig head is awesome with the 3 inch Gulp shrimp.
It is colored and coated with rubber.
It does not lay on its side like others.
The hooks are extra strong round bend.

I will tell you how.
Look for bait (glass minnows & mullet) running down the marsh shoreline.
If I do not see bait, I will not fish an area.
There is plenty of marsh out there to fish.
This has worked over and over for me.
Find the bait and you will find the fish.

I make those jigs myself. I had a mold made.
The heads are rubber coated.
