Just wondering what you guys currently use and if they are worth a stink. I carry quite a bit of tackle with me in the ocean just because there is no telling what you may come across out there. I currently carry my cast net, tackle trays etc in a laundry bucket but that is getting old with stuff bouncing out going over wakes etc.

Any suggestions would be great.

Same here, I use boat bags and load my Plano boxes etc in them. Got both of mine from fishing seminars.

I use a Calcutta backpack when I go surf fishing. I can put my net in the bottom and tackle trays inside. I also put two additional grommets on the back and attached two fishing rod holders, so when I am walking down the beach I don't have to carry so much.

For a boat, you may want to consider a milkcrate combined with a milkcrate cover you would use for kayaking. The cover would help to keep stuff from hopping out when you hit a wave.

I have the one below and love it because its waterproof. I just wish Cabela's still sold them because mine is getting a little worn. Calcutta makes one that is similar if waterproof is something you are looking for.
